Most people would have snapped back at the rude lady! She answered the questions the best she could and she remained pleasant. The young lady at the front desk never lost her cool. A woman who was frustrated came in and was not speaking very nice to the employees. ![]() She was professional and friendly at all times. Long story short, because I waited in the office I witnessed how she handled all the people.
